Appearance: Palme is plain looking with the exception of his green dyed hair. He always have a plaster on his nose and would describe it as "a fashion for boys, you, old person don't understand" when asked about it. He has a weathered 'old man' cloth puppet on his left hand that he only removes when he is battling. He speak most of the time through this cloth puppet, he named Gep. Palme wears a variety of t-shirt and shorts with no fixed outfit. Standing at only 138cm, he would indiscriminately attack anyone who tries to carry him. His eyes sparkles at people he likes.
Biography: Palme was sold to a old puppeteer was he was 3 to become his apprentice. He ran away from his master when he was 8, when he realised the the evil intentions of the old man. Being a "runaway" boy, he sell the toys he made for a living. Eventually, earning enough to have a tiny cottage in Hainiel. Some time after, he happened to see his ex-master performing Basaar with his new apprentice. This made Palme determined to begin a journey to find a story to stage the greatest puppet show in Rael.
Personality: Palme is usually cheerful. In unfamiliar situations, he tries to appear more independent and knowledgable than he really is. He speaks more often than other puppeteers and enjoys being praised. At his age, he is not affected but sexily dressed women. He is extremely confident about his skills in puppetry and aims to be the best in the field. He is easily swayed by offerings of large amounts of toffee and thus can sometimes be bribed this way.

Dove: A dove-like puppet that has engines which can fly. It is about the size of a 2 seater made out of durable light metal. Detonatable parts: Head, body, right winds, left wings, right feet, left feet.
Pino: A stolen wooden puppet with realistic humanoid body and looks that has some conciousness and can move by itself. A carving knife is superglued to its right hand. It is the size of a big doll. Sometimes, malfuntions and produces "Echt waar?!" sounds. Detonatable Parts: Head, torso, right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg.
Physical Abilities: 20 Abilities requiring puppets are only usuable with puppets in field.

Dove ride: Palme swoops down on his opponent riding his puppet and grabs his opponent using the claws of the dove. He then swings his opponent against walls or throw them down from a height. Damage depends on height thrown, surface landed and speed of flight.

Lvl3: If Palme releasing his control on Pino, it will allow the puppet to have free movement of its body for 90 mins. It can use it abilities very frequently. It still does stupid actions and hardly listen to Palme instructions, acting by its own will.
Lvl4: If Palme releasing his control on Pino, it will allow the puppet to have free movement of its body for 140 mins. It is able to use its own abilities and have some form of thinking. Sometimes, it will listen to Palme. Pino rarely does stupid things and pretends to sleep when uninterested in helping. Refuse self destruct.
Lvl5: If Palme release his control on Pino, it will be able to move by itself for 200 mins. Pino is able to use its own abilites and even assess situations to aid Palme while Palme is able to use other puppets. Ocassionally, Pino will still pretend to sleep and refuse to do anything else. At this level, Pino seems to have a personality and thoughts of its own that may not be exactly beneficial to Palme. Refuse self-destruct.

Million Degrees Hands: It is to be noted, Palme cannot actually create flames and using this ability may possible melt his own weapons or items.

L2: Palme uses copper wires to control puppets of any size. His area of control is 10m. He easily get electricuted and take 2 seconds for repairs.
L3: Palme uses a steel threads to control puppets of any size. Limit by the lenght of the thread, his area of control is 20m. he takes 5 seconds to melt and repair damage to the thread.
L4: Palme uses a steel thread along with his magic to control any object with 5 m, his area of control is 25m. Any damage to the threads are repaired in 4 second.
L5: Palme uses magic to bind anything within 10m radius, though he still has to control the object physically. His area of control extends to 30m. The magic thread is invisible and requires high level magic to dispel, taking 1 minute to re-cast. The thread is slightly warm. Palme would usually avoid taking control of humans.

Lvl5: Palme will control the whole puppet to go as near as possible to the opponent before allowing the puppet to self destruct with an immense force with large area of damage. The force causes very heavy damage. Can result in death or permanent loss of limbs*. One shot for one puppet only skill. Requires two weeks of repair after.

Million Degrees Hands: It is to be noted, Palme cannot actually create flames and using this ability may possible melt his own weapons or items.
Lvl1: Palme requires some time for his temperature on the surface of his hand to reach an intended higher temperature. His hand can only sustain this state for short amounts of time. He risks burning himself with his hands due to the lag time for him to lower the temperature of his hands. Temperatures are sometimes erractic.
Lvl2: Palme requires a shorter amount of time for his temperature on the surface of his hand to reach an intended higher temperature. His hands can only sustain this state for short amounts of time. He risks burning himself with his hands due to the lag time for him to lower the temperature of his hands. Temperatures are more constant.
Lvl3: Palme requires a few minutes for his temperature on the surface of his hand to reach an intended higher temperature. His hand can only sustain this state for moderate amount of time. He risks burning himself with his hands due to the lag time for him to lower the temperature of his hands. Temperature can be totally controlled.
Lvl4: Palme can change the temperature of his hands in seconds. He still have a risk of hurting himself due to lag time when his hands are brought to a very high temperature. He can sustain these high temperatures for significant amounts of time.
Lvl5: Palme can change the temperature on the surface of his hands in milliseconds. Able to bring it up to 5000 °C(possibily higher) and back to normal body temperature. He thus have no risk of burning himself and he can also sustain these high temperatures for a long time. He can melt any material and burn items.

Concealment:
L1: Palme naturally spots places to hide in. He hides under boxes, behind walls etc. It would be difficult to spot him by a glance but closer inspection will reveal his location.
L2: Palme creates places to hide with the aid of Arachnid, mostly underground, sometimes in trees. It might be difficult to find for him.
L3: Palme creates places to hide with aid of Arachid, mostly underground, sometimes in trees. It might be difficult to find for him. He is able to freeze his breathing and make his heartbeat fainter for 5 mins to avoid dectection by hearing.
Lvl4: Palme creates places to hide with aid of Arachid, mostly underground, sometimes in trees. It might be difficult to find for him. He is able to freeze his breathing and make his heartbeat fainter for 5 mins to avoid dectection by hearing. He can rub his hands to create smoke to escape when found.
Lvl5: Palme creates places to hide with aid of Arachid, mostly underground, sometimes in trees or stuck to the ceiling of a room. It might be difficult to find for him. He is able to freeze his breathing and make his heartbeat fainter for 7 mins to avoid dectection by hearing. He can rub his hands to create smoke to escape when found. He is still unable to avoid getting detected by smell.
Binding thread:
L1: Palme controls only Pino by nylon threads. Limit by the lenght of nylon thread, his area of control is barely 2m. He takes 5 seconds to re-tie threads if they are broken.
L2: Palme uses copper wires to control puppets of any size. His area of control is 10m. He easily get electricuted and take 2 seconds for repairs.
L3: Palme uses a steel threads to control puppets of any size. Limit by the lenght of the thread, his area of control is 20m. he takes 5 seconds to melt and repair damage to the thread.
L4: Palme uses a steel thread along with his magic to control any object with 5 m, his area of control is 25m. Any damage to the threads are repaired in 4 second.
L5: Palme uses magic to bind anything within 10m radius, though he still has to control the object physically. His area of control extends to 30m. The magic thread is invisible and requires high level magic to dispel, taking 1 minute to re-cast. The thread is slightly warm. Palme would usually avoid taking control of humans.
P.S: All the threads/magic use for control must be broken or dispelled before lost of total control over object.
Dove Flight machine:
Lvl1: Palme sits in his puppet and use one hand to power the steam engine in the puppet. He can fly it for 5 mins until he refills it with water. He has to concentrate on only using this puppet. He has difficulty gauging incoming attacks.
Lvl2: Palme can fly his puppet for 15mins until he refills it with water. He has to concentrate on controlling only this puppet. But now can avoid more attacks.
Lvl3: Palme can fly his puppet for 30 mins until he refills it with water. He can barely use another puppet while flying but is able to properly guage most incoming attacks and avoid them.
Lvl4: Palme can fly his puppet for 45 mins until he refills it with water. He can use other puppets/objects while flying with compensation of his attack dodging. He can control speed using his hand powering the engine.
Lvl5: Palme can fly his puppet for 1 hour until he refills it with water. He can avoid many attacks and is able to control other puppets/objects. He can also control speed but using his hand powering the engine.
Note: (total ability points transferred=61 Minus ability from jobs) + 3 custom weapon and one custom item to be charged. Everything done with weapons and item described.
