Hello fellow members!
The time has come for Ichigo's Forums to cast off the cloak of IPB 1.3 and look to a brighter, (more secure) future! We have decided to move to vBulletin, the most powerful BB software out there. This will mean a cleaner, easier to use forum, with the same friendly and inviting look and feel, with added robustness and security.
First of all, vB and all enterprise-class bulletin board systems cost money. I had to pay $160.00 (US) for vB out ouf my own pocket. I'm okay with this, but I would really, REALLY appreciate donations to help pay for this. If even half of the active members chipped in a few dollars, the software would be paid for.
Please help me out here. Please go to http://ichigos.com/contribute.shtml and click on the PayPal button. Anything you can give will really help me out. Thank you in advance ^_^ If you don't have a credit card, a check, money order (or international money order) will work fine. PM me and I'll let you know where to send it.
I've set up a test forum and imported data so me and my fellow admins can start tweaking the new forum to make it look like the old one. This will take a few days and we'll keep you posted.
No posts, user accounts or other data will be lost, EXCEPT: Uploaded avatars. Please make sure you have these saved. Right click, and go to Save Image to make sure you can re-upload these after the switch.
Attachments. These will need to be re-uploaded.
