With over 4000 members, we need to redo the name change thread to keep it under control. Here's how it goes down:

If you want to change your name, post in this thread:
Old name > New name
Reason for changing name

Reasons are required, and must be worthwhile. Just because you have a reason does not mean it's a good reason. Good reasons for changing your name are things like the name you chose is offensive or bad in some way. Let's say you chose "anime otaku" only to learn "otaku" is actually a very offensive term, and you want to change it. Or maybe you're named after a pet, and Fluffy died :cry:, and that memory is painful.

Changing your name from "Inuyasha Fan" to "Bleach Fan" because now you like bleach is NOT a good reason. What happens when you move on from Bleach?

Each name change will be evaluated by the admins on a case-by-case basis. If you are a helpful member and have been around for a while then that might hold some sway. If the case is approved, your name will change. If not, it may be denied or simply ignored. We'll take each name change seriously, but it's a subjective decision, so pitch your case well.

Name changes may take several days depending on how busy the admin is. The admin's decision is final. Do not post in this thread unless you are requesting a name change

Mainly, since 'Maestro~' is the only different name I use as a alias online. My regular is 'Mazeppa' or 'Maz' for short; I would request it to make it all the same just to make myself seem more ... uhh ... organized?

Anyway, my signature names can all be shared, but that isn't the point though, I just like it to be all the same, and also Maestro is starting to get A LOT more personal in these times of my grandmothers health, and Maz (Mazeppa) just seems to be a song and historical figure that I love, so it makes it come for an online alias.

I am wonder, if I ask for a change of name here, will be possible to change the name of my thread which is located at the composition section as "Dream_Night's Compositions"? If it is possible then I would like to have the name change, if not then no.

Dream_Night to Nyu001

Reason:
Generally I use Nyu001 on the internet in different pages and I want to have just one name for not to be having different names everywhere. Just that.

~It's shorter.
~It's a nickname I'm commonly known by at school (and on some various online games as my username) due to the fact that my two favorite colors are black and white, and I always wear either those two colors (and/or red, grey, silver).
~I no longer go by Lightningsage, I don't know what I was on when I chose the name. I think there was a storm going on and I was thinking about Yu-Gi-Oh. XD
~We've been studying endangered species just about all year, and the Panda is the one I said I would want to save from extinction.
