Upgrading to vB 3.6

We've upgraded to vB 3.6. I'm still working out some display bugs but the forums are functional. Please let me know if you notice any problems.

edit: well most things are back to normal... I'll fix the remainder of the issues tomorrow

known issues:
- tables are whack on forum homepage
- navbar mouseover highlights don't work
- javascript errors (possibly related to above)
- post header images are gone (maybe a good thing?)

Nothing should. Multi-quote lets you quote multiple users easily; just click the people you want to quote, click on reply, and voila! They're already quoted there! :)

I believe that's what the Infaction system is... And do I ever like the new title-header bars! So much better!
