Hey Nyu001, first of all I want to thank you for the piano transcription. I'm dying to learn this piece but I just have one problem.

At about 37 seconds into the piano mp3 till 1:00.. 40 seconds in particular, it just sounds .. odd ..

I was wondering if you found it odd too, or if that specific part was just too damn tricky to fix up.

I don't mean to be rude I just love this piece so much I want it to be perfect.

Sorry for silly question, but how are ties in piano music played? Is it equivalent to the pedal?

It would help if you tell me the measures. Because I am not sure what you are meaning. If is about the left hand, That is additional things I implemented to the score for not have the left hand playing a continuous pulse of the chords.
If you are not comfortable with it, do any variation you wish with the left hand, for enjoy better playing.

There are like 1 or 2 mistakes in the right hand, I think. I am not sure if they are right or wrong.

If you are meaning the legatos, then, that is just playing the notes smoothly, avoiding those little silence between notes played. And no, is not the equivalent to the pedal.

Just take the piano right hand staff and play it an 8va higher if you find it too low, or transpose it to another key signature that you find more comfortable to play.
