since some people are confused on IRC, here will be some commands that may help.
(NOTE - I am not good in explaining things so if you feel confused, please ask me.)
/me (put something here)
the /me is an action where it is used to express emotion or etc.
ex. (/me kills you. It will come out to (name) kills you. It can be used to express feelings or actions. So this could replace smileys in IRC.)
/nick (desiered name here)
the /nick is where you can change your nickname into another name if your name is already taken in IRC.

It loads fine for me on dial-up, a few seconds and the login appears

The loading bar never completes, but that's just a chat thing, I think. It WORKS fine...
